Return Window

You have 7 days from confirmed delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To initiate a return, email admin@mannakingdom.com with subject "Return Request - Order #XXXXX" including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted when:

  • The item is materially not as described (wrong card, wrong condition grade by more than one grade tier, significant undisclosed damage)
  • The item is confirmed counterfeit by PSA, CGC, or BGS grading
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping (see Shipping Policy for carrier claims)
  • You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

These items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Opened sealed product (booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks that have been opened)
  • Break slots - break results are final regardless of cards received
  • Digital items and store credit
  • Freeze dried candy (food safety)
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Items that have been graded, altered, or tampered with after delivery

Once a booster box, booster pack, or any factory-sealed product is opened, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances. This policy exists because opened sealed product cannot be verified or resold. Please carefully inspect sealed product before opening.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind every card we sell. If a card you receive is confirmed counterfeit by any major grading company (PSA, CGC, BGS, or equivalent), contact us within 30 days of delivery with the grading company's rejection documentation and we will issue a full refund including original shipping, no questions asked. You keep the item.

Condition Grading Policy

Card grading is inherently subjective. Our grades follow industry-standard NM/LP/MP/HP/Damaged definitions. Reasonable interpretation differences of one half-grade are not eligible for returns. If you believe a card is graded more than one full tier below its actual condition, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery; we will review and respond within 2 business days.

Return Process

Step 1: Email admin@mannakingdom.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and the reason for return.

Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and return address.

Step 3: Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving authorization, in its original condition, packaged to prevent damage. Use a tracked shipping method.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If we made an error (wrong item, damage we caused): we provide a prepaid return label
  • If returning due to condition grade disagreement: buyer pays return shipping
  • If the item is confirmed counterfeit: you keep the item, we refund everything - no return required

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment method. Store credit may be offered as an alternative at your request and will be credited to your account within 24 hours of our inspection. Stripe typically takes 5-10 business days to return funds to your card.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a returnable item, initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures inventory availability and accurate records.
