Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Box break winnings are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of the break completing, or by the next business day if the break ends after 8:00 PM EST.

Shipping Rates

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination using live USPS rates.

Packaging Standards

We are collectors ourselves - every card leaves our building packaged as if it were going into our own collection.

• All single cards: penny sleeve + rigid top-loader + team bag
• High-value singles ($100+): penny sleeve + top-loader + bubble mailer with cardboard backing
• Graded slabs: foam-padded box, double-boxed for extra protection
• Sealed product: original factory seal preserved; wrapped in bubble wrap; boxed
• Comics: board + bag, rigid mailer or boxed for high-value issues
• Collectibles (figures, pops): original box preserved where possible; outer box padded with paper fill

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your label is printed. Track your package directly on USPS.com or use the link in your confirmation email.

Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

Insurance and High-Value Items

Orders containing items valued over $200 are automatically shipped with USPS insurance included at no extra charge. For items valued over $500, we use USPS Priority Mail Express with signature confirmation and insurance.

If you wish to add extra insurance or require signature confirmation on lower-value orders, contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. We declare accurate values on all customs forms; we do not falsify customs declarations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

• Email us at admin@mannakingdom.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• For damaged items, include photos of the outer packaging and the item itself
• We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice
• Claims with USPS can take 5-30 days to resolve; we will keep you updated throughout the process
